Dr. Nivedita is a highly skilled Physiotherapist with MPT degree. She completed her Bachelors in Physiotherapy as well as Master in Physiotherapy, both from Goutham College of Physiotherapy (Bangalore). Recently she has given a new dimension to her Physio background by earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological counselling and Guidance from Manasa Educational Foundation For Mental Health ( Shimoga). She also happens to be a Grand Master in Traditional Reiki and specialist in Crystal and various energy healing forms.

Dr. Nivedita started her career at Panacea Group of Hospitals (Bangalore), where she headed the Physiotherapy Department and Spinal Decompression DRX9000, a unique facility in the city, which enabled highly localized spinal decompression and very effective recovery. Consequently, she has worked at multiple hospitals and clinics as Consultant Physiotherapist in Bangalore as well as New Delhi. Her philosophy has always been to rehabilitate the patient holistically i.e., physically, mentally, and vocationally.
